Send your log files from inside the app
If you hit a bug, this is the most useful thing you can do. In the app, open Settings → Contact us and choose to include log data. It attaches your calculator log files to the email, which tells us exactly what the app was doing when things went sideways.
Reporting a wrong result
Include the expression exactly as you typed or said it, the answer you got, and the answer you expected. If it’s a shape or a table, include the profile name and size. That’s usually all it takes to track it down.
Asking for a feature
Tell us what you’re trying to work out and how you do it today — the workaround is often more useful to us than the feature request itself.
